Starting October 1, landscape services for Eastvale's 13 parks located in JCSD's service area will be performed through a contract with Valley Crest. The contract for the previous landscape service provider was due to expire and a competitive bidding process was conducted as part of our regular practice. The contract was awarded to Valley Crest who will be performing the same landscaping services as the previous contractor.

JCSD customers and City of Eastvale residents have an added way to report non-emergency issues.  JCSD and the City of Eastvale have partnered to offer E-Citizen. E-Citizen is a smartphone app that allows you to report community issues such as graffiti, potholes, illegal dumping, code enforcement, public works, parks maintenance in Eastvale, and more through your smartphone. You can also include a photo of the issue with your report submission.  Click here for more information.
